Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

At Anna Balcombe, we’re proud to offer a personalised, expert service in our boutique salon. To protect the time, wellbeing, and experience of every client, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms when booking with us.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability and must be pre-booked.

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and the full service fee may still apply.

Please ensure you have read the appointment preparation section of our website prior to your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. However, as a small, independent salon, we kindly ask for your understanding and respect of our time.

48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being refused or prepayment being required.

Service Satisfaction

We want you to leave loving your curls. If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on services already provided.

Health & Safety

Please let us know in advance if you are feeling unwell, have been exposed to illness, or have a contagious condition.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to treatment.

Children & Guests

To ensure a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that guests or children do not attend your appointment unless discussed in advance.

Use of Images

With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos of your curls to share on our website or social media. Just let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed.

Payments & Pricing

Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.

We accept cash or card payments.
